About Jacob Rupp

After over a decade and a half as a Rabbi, I realized that the fundamental concepts of spiritual leadership applied very much, or more so, to the business world. The concept that a person is in the process of creating or revealing him or herself, and thus has the ability to create the life he or she wants has always been one of the core teachings I lived and I loved.

My reason to go into coaching is that I have a lifelong passion around creating excellence in myself and in others, on every level; spiritual, physical, financial and emotional. Close to a decade ago, I launched my executive coaching practice, working with incredibly talented entrepreneurs and executives that run in some cases billion dollar companies and every shade in between; and span industries that include real estate, industrial cleaning, mining, education, health care, and transportation.

And in doing so, by helping others get better, I was able to completely change my life.

At first, I was doing Mindset work for my executive clients, helping them create success in key relationships with employees, within their family, and ultimately how to rework the relationship with yourself to condition and upgrade your mind. After some years here, I parlayed my experience into helping build companies and do startup consulting.

After creating financial freedom for myself, and more over a life and career I truly loved, I realised that so many people have much to share and could build similar businesses, but are held back by the education system, and all of these coaching certification programmes that take their money but don’t deliver to them a business that thrives. So they often get burned out and go back to working for the man; a travesty when all they wanted was to make more money and have more impact. I knew that if they were able to monetize their expertise and be able to do the mental upgrade work, they could easily go to the marketplace and build a coaching business.

It shouldn’t take long, and it shouldn’t be hard.
